General Lesson-By-Lesson Guidelines

1. All lessons are paid for at the time of scheduling.

2. Preference for lesson slots and times are given to tuition students. We will not ask you to reschedule a lesson with less than 48 hours’ notice, but we may need to if a tuition student signs up and requests your lesson slot.

3. Lesson rates for Lesson-By-Lesson are currently $45 for 30-minute lessons, and $90 for 60-minute lessons. (Rates for tuition students are $150 per month for weekly 30-minute lesson, and $300 for weekly 60-minute lessons. Even if a month has 5 lessons in it, the monthly rate does not go up for tuition students!)

4. All students must maintain a credit/debit card on file. We will never charge your card without notifying you first.

5. We have a 48-Hour Notice Policy. This policy is noted on our website at signup, and can be accessed anytime.

If a student must cancel a lesson before the 48-hour notice window:

• First, we will try to reschedule your lesson for that same week. This is the best option for both the student and the instructor.

If a student must cancel a lesson after the 48-hour notice window:

• We will first try to reschedule your lesson for the same week, preferably in a window where the instructor will already be at the studios.

• If we cannot reschedule the lesson for the same week, we are happy to provide a video from the instructor with things to work on until next time (we call these “video makeups”).
