Appeal for late withdrawal
Our policies are accepted before students can register for lessons at 601 Studios, Music & Arts Academy. Additionally, a copy of our policies are emailed to each student’s account manager after registration, and they are available in each student’s portal. These policies include our cutoff date of the 15th of the student’s last month for withdrawal.
If special circumstances hindered the student from submitting a withdrawal form by the 15th of the month, but withdrawal is needed before the end of the following month, please fill out the form below to be considered for an exception.
All exceptions for late withdrawals are determined by the director. Managers and desk staff are not responsible for these decisions.
